Body Love for Hips: Releasing & Realigning

This class will focus on nourishing, gentle movements to open and realign the hips, helping you release tension that may be affecting your lower back and overall posture. With restorative stretches and strengthening exercises, you'll leave feeling more balanced, mobile, and connected to your core.
